1) Kitchen cabinet per foot run is $90-95 using solid plywood depending which company u go to

2) Solid top for kitch can range from $70

3) granite top ard $100

4) Free installation of sink and tap, but u must buy it urself, and let the contractor know ur sink measurement.

5) running of kitchen sink inlet and outlet piping can be FOC, most company charge $50-100 but my ID charge me $250, and i still choose him coz all my other items for the hse he charge me cheaper than all other companies i requested quotes frm.

6) FREE stainless steel dish rack, can be single row or double, depending how much is ur carpentary for kitchen

7) FRee culinary tray

8) FREE 3 frosted glass panels with laminated frame (have to top up cash if u want aluminium frames)

9) free selected door handles for cabinets.

that should be all~

thats not all it also include dismanting of existing cabinet

make good of wall n floor tiles if affected

i heard the town council/hdb can help dismantle at no charge or a low cost.... is that true?

okay... i went to an ID today...

He told me, hack kitchen wall tiles then surely must hack floor tiles too... overlay, risky cos the angle and the water will seep on the edge and cause easy leaking...

Unless dun touch the wall tiles... hope this helps

I'm also looking for a contractor/ID to renovate my kitchen and two toilets. I'm getting a 3 room flat in Eunos and it's in its original, raw state condition. Was initially thinking of prestige image cos they were advertising cheaply in the papers till i read the horror storries.

initially, i thought of engaging a contractor till i called one of them to ask how much it cost to install a kitchen cabinet (15ft) and he said it would cost about S$200 pfr!!! Isn't market price abt S$80 to S$100?? goodness..

sigh, inflation has really made cost of raw materials expensive.
