Hi my bathroom vanity has given way. The sillicon gave way. I woud like someone to give me a rough budget and also recommed a contrcator to do this work.I want the vanity to be removed and just replace it with a sink.

My mums cooks everyday and also lots of washing of plates.. can solid wood can "tahan" the heat and the sink area? thinking ofdoing the cabinetof the old style like those who do cement for the cooking and the sink area

I also just changed mine without hacking... They will just remove the old w.c(with the screw) and replace the new one(but ur old w.c should be screw type) As for the flooring, I also didnt hack . I did recoating from "FaithCoat"...The floor will be a bit rough texture and anti slip..
