Advice! What To Expect For 2 Toilets & Mbr?

Recommended Posts

Hi guys, wondering if I can get any kind advice on the kind of quotations I willi be getting to mentally prep myself first?

I'm entasked with the wedding & reno preps as fiance not ard in sg. Am afraid I become carrot head let others chop. I'm working around a tight budget and these are the items I'll like to have redone:

- kitchen toilet - change tiles, basin, toilet bowl

- MBR toilet - change tiles, 2 basin, toilet bowl, shower door

- MBR + 1 room - hack wall, re-tile, walk in wardrobe, platform bed

- living room - feature wall

******

What do you tink is the timeframe for completion for the works above?

i will like to know also hacking of wall neccesarily means involve to retile the whole area?

changing of kitchen cabinets doors is as good as changing everything?

If I get ID to design, will I get to keep the drawing as reference?

Thanks in advice for any replies!

I need a "renovation for dummies"!! =(

Do note the moment you want to re-tile your walls, it is not going to be cheap hor.

Time frame should be at least 2 months.

Yes, you can keep the drawings provided you are engaging that ID to do the work for you.
