Hi friends,

Finally started a T-blog Chat as everyone has been PM-ing me.

Feel free to post comments or give ideas for my new home.

I know it's late to start this blog as my reno is 90% completed.

Design = Exclusive to KopitehC

Contractor = Inzen Roy

Quotation = S$26K+

Final Quotation = to be advised

Carpentry Done = 12ft wardrobe concept, 4ft personal study cum dresser,

approx 10ft Shoe Cabinet, Console & Wall Feature.

Funiture & Electical = S$13K+

(excluding sofa, fridge, washing machine from previous house)

90% completed, except Kitchen Tempered Glass and Cleaning up work to be done.

Yeah, National Day rain! I didn't watch, went Ikea instead to get the kitchen drawer protectors.

They are more expensive ($7.90) than Budget shops but they last much longer.

no, it's those that you lay inside your drawers to protect the inner pvc.

ikea has it in transparent & grey.

btw:

i opt for inner color pvc for whole house carpentry except wardrobe.

more lasting as white will turn yellow after a few years due to regular usage especially kitchen and shoe cabinets.
