My new wardrobe will be done by them too. Knows their stuff well and talked to two different people at two different locations (one at their showroom at Balestier) and one at expo, both gives me the good impression that they know what they are doing.

Threw in a couple of nasty illogical stuff, they wasn't irritated and explained to me why can't be done....test past.

You get what you paid for, for me 10 years of gurantee is good enough. My ID didn't even dare to go over 1 year warranty..ask her inside my wardrobe got what? What's the layout, she says up to me lor.....lucky never engage my ID...nightmare

Hey Ideasmiths, I noticed your ID was *****. What's your experience with them?? They did my first house 5-6 years ago.. it was a nightmare.... end up issuing lawyer letters.... arghhhhhhhhh

its fine. one of the ID i spoken to told me to take the wardrobe from closetdesign, he's ok w it (of cos, so that his quote will meet my budget!). Times are bad, if they aren't happy u can always choose to go w another ID. :notti:

I cant rembr whether r they giving me plywood or chipboard, but the 10yrs warranty is enough for me to exhaust the wardrobe. Their internal wood comes with ABS trimming, much better than the normal white laminates which will turn yellow. Pricing is abt the same as what normal carpenters quoted me.

I've been lemming closets by wardrobe specialists for a while now, been to Closet Design's website but did not contact them as their promotion details on their website seems too much over our budget, dropped by Dream Homes exhibition at Expo last weekend and chanced upon Closetrobe's stall, they offered a pretty good deal but I was hesitant to sign on the spot as I haven't done much research. Last nite, we went to Closet Design's showroom and after hearing our offer from Closet Robe, they were quick to counter-offer us. We were very happy with the non-pushy and patient sales attitude by Eva, the design consultant and the good offer, so decided to take up their offer on the spot and pay a $200 deposit.

Shall be arranging with them to come over for measurements once we are ready. According to Eva, the whole process of measurement, design proposal, design confirmation and installation will take approx 3-4 weeks.
