At the courts last weekend there was a mega raya sale, some fridge were on sale, I bought a samsung RS20NRSV (510L), 3 tick for $788, plus $50 NTUC voucher PLUS choice of oven (so called worth $139) or Samsung phone. The normal price is $1299 (check gaincity website for the 'retail' price).

So sometimes on sat morning, 6 am go buy the straitstime, see where got good limited offer (like only 5 sets), rush there, queue and you get the item...hee hee

go to Mega Discount Store, at either United Sq or Katong Mall

their prices are good. if you going to United Sq, look for Joe. he's good.

and they are specially good if you buy few items together.

their pxs are vey competitive

for eg i went there to buy my fridge

then decided to go other plces

just nice harvey norman was having a slightly higher px but they were not charging for interest (installments)

so we went back and told them to waive their interest rate

worth waiting a few more days for COMEX actually
