Reno Quote $12k Below?

Hi everyone, issit possible on the following items needed to be done for below $12k?

Living room

1)To install feature wall for TV console

2)To dismantle or relaminate exist feature wall(bomb shelter) and build new feature wall

3)To hack exist partial side wall(bet.living and kitchen) and build a mini bar counter.

Master bedroom cum bathroom

1)To relaminate exist build-in cabinet, dismantle part of cabinet and re-build a mini walk-

in wardrobe.

2)To shift air-con unit to another location.

Kitchen

1)To re-laminate the cabinet

Punggol Central resale 4-rm flat.

As i heard to relaminate is not cheap ya....

Hi jc77,

From what i understand, re-laminating the existing cabinet will cost almost the same as getting a new one.

And most impt, if your existing cabinet's old laminate is peeling off, your new laminate will PEEL OFF too.. Cos they just paste over the old one mah..

Must consider this impt point..
