Reno will be little tho(kitchen, 2 toilets and the bedrm's wardrobe). Flooring will not touch (keeping the existing granite living and parq bedroom). Haulage & clearing debris. 2) Masonary Works:- Labour to smooth Hacked surface at kitchen area Supply & lay Homogeneous Flr Tiles at kitchen area (max $4/-psf) Supply & lay Design Ceramics Tiles at kitchen wall (full height) Construct kitchen cabinet base with side tiles finishing Supply & lay Homogeneous Flr Tiles at both toilet area flooring (max $4/-psf) Apply chemical water-proofing for both toilet Supply & lay Design Ceramics Tiles at both toilet wall (full height) 3) Plumbling Works:- Kitchen area: Supply & lay conceal all water pipings Supply labour to install kitchen sink, washing machine piping Supply labour to install kitchen accessiories Master & Common toilet: Supply & lay conceal all water pipings Supply labour to install toilet accessiories Supply labour to install toilet bowl & wash basin 4) Capentry works:- Living & Dining area: To Fabricate L1300mm partition with desgin at foyer area To Fabricate L1700mm shoe cabinet cum settee at foyer area To Fabricate L1800mm tv console with desgin using solid ply laminate finishing To Fabricate L1800mm wall feature cum display at tv area, solid ply laminate finishing Bedroom 2 & 3: To Fabricate L1500mm sliding wardrobe, solid ply laminate finishing To Fabricate L2100mm sliding wardrobe, solid ply laminate finishing MasterRoom: To Fabricate L2400mm sliding wardrobe, solid ply laminate finishing To Fabricate L1500mm tv console, solid ply laminate finishing To Fabricate L1800mm wall feature, solid ply laminate finishing Kitchen: To Fabricate top kitchen cabinet with 2panel glass dr (8ft) To Fabricate bottom kitchen cabinet L'14ft To Fabricate L'14ft solid surface top To Fabricate L'5ft solid surface top with storage cabinet 5) Ceiling Works:- Supply & construct false ceiling at foyer and living Supply & construct false ceiling L-box at dining area 6) General/Misc. Now considering "The Best Contractor in Renotalk...Best in SGP, some says batam..." Uncle Soon (thanks Simei Xiaomei for the contact)..however, the concern is he is too busy le....can handle any more project? 2nd would be the up and coming Mr Yeak....
