Cookiesmonster 0 Report post Posted July 26, 2009 For those going to BW, do call & make apptment as they r closed for renov. Only open if prior apptments been made. Learnt abt it after makg a futile trip down 3wks ago. Was told to call them. However, realised that their svc is Called a few times to make apptment but no one answer the phone. Called them on Sun at 12noon & still no one picks up the call. Decided to stop by since going down to Balestier. Reached there & saw 1 staff seated inside. Knocked on the door & made some queries thru the gap in the glass side door. All she did was shouted "closed" & turned back to her PC even though all my queries wasn't answered. I continued to knock & asked her some qtns & she displayed an extremely annoyed look. Luckily, her colleague had some decency to walk nearer & I managed to ask whether there was alternative no(s) to call & make apptments since no one seems to be picking up the calls on wkdays & wkends.
