How many people agree that HDB is providing affordable home for dear Singaporean?

When flats are priced at half a million, I have doubt about it.

With the gst increased and more erp gantries...

Lives is going to be tougher.

Not only affected by the economic condition but also the leaders of the nation.

No doubt that we have a group of brilliant leaders,

but some more, some of these problems faced by many of us are not heard by their very ears.

there are talks on cooling down the market for private properties, but what about the HDB units?

We are hoping to increase the population of the younger and encourage couple to bear more children.

The thing is, we are fight so hard to make ends meet, struggle like **** to afford our home,

then we are left with very little money and energy for the plans of having kids.

Just a few words for us to thinkle....remember how was the COE scheme for cars created/started ?.... now it seems to be applying the same strategies/impact to the property market (not to mention humble HDB homes) too...! ....who benefited?....who suffers?....who cares ..?...it's Singaporeans..so what's next coming....?

so the end result is, u either accept the very ex sky-high prices, or wait for it to go down (which will not happen), buy a flat at a far flung place, or else simply stay with your parents. these leaders won't care the pple's suffering, and will give a deaf ear to most singaporeans
