Sunshine Garden

Hi, what do you think of Sunrise garden? It was built in 1998. Anyone care to share their view on anything? Location, place, environment and most importantly, what do you think will be a reasonable selling price?

Sunshine or Sunrise? It's 2 different development leh....Sunrise is at YCK while Sunshine is near Serangoon MRT. I've seen both before. My opinion is that Sunshine is a small development but the plus side is it was built by UOL so the quality is better but the downside is small development with limited facilities.

Sunrise, on the other hand, i dun like the location of the car park. If there were to be visitors, they need to walk a long way from the car park to the apartment if the one u bought is not near to the car park. But the asking price for Sunrise is quite reasonable
