Base Required For Washing Machine And Fridge?

Hi , would like to check, nowadays, is the base still required for washing machine and fridge?

I heard some say that new fridge all come with a base which will not be affected by light wash.... so no need to have base if you don't do heavy floor wash at kitchen...

also, it will be troublesome in future if you want to move the things around in kitchen...

It kinda depends on yourself, as everyone is different in the way they wash or care for their kitchen. I personally don't splash or wet my kitchen floor, basic light moping regularly, so I would not bother about the skirting, but if you are the type that likes to "bathe" your kitchen floor, then you will need it.

Washing the kitchen is so... yesteryear.... belongs to our parents' era.

Yes, most older contractors will automatically recommend them.... but prev post have noted the cons of having it now

so how much quote for cabinet base is reasonable say if u doing 16 feet kitchen base
