When To Get A Reno Loan From Bank With Regards To Bto Project?

Hi brother & sisters!

just found my way here and i'm happy and grateful to the very informative topics posted in RT!

My BTO flat is coming around 2nd quarter of 2010.

With this in mind, when should i start to take action for my reno loan?

Took a look around and noticed that RHB is quite attractive, i might just take that up!

I am just not too sure should i sign up for the loan first, so that i can activate it anytime when my flat comes? bearing in mind that i might get my flat sooner also since it's a BTO project!

For those with BTO and reno loan experience, when did you took up your loan?
