Which Electric Instant Heater Can Give Very Hot Water?

Hi people,

As per topic.

Want really strong heating element that can make the water really hot without compromising on the water flowrate.

I know that by reducing the water into the inlet, the output water will become hotter, but that is not what I am looking for.

Also, I know about water storage tank as an alternative, but will not be considering water storage tank due to various reasons, so no need to recommend that to me or explain it's advantages to me, thanks

Can adjust, but i need a heater that can turn on full heat always, without burning out or breakdown. Many instant heater if turn on full, wont last for long.

Also, some heaters have built in control such that the max water temperature is 45 degree Celsius, which is not hot enough for me.
