But I understand getting the sequence will become crucial.. Like some advise on whether it is advisable to do in the following sequence: P.S. Mine is resale so 10 yrs old liao 1. Hack everything that needs to be hacked! 2. Hack existing storeroom to *** to bedroom 2. Patch up walls with holes/ cracks/ chipped 3. Seal up maid toilet to convert to storeroom 3. Do flooring (includes doing stand for fridge and washing machine..) 4. Change aircon system + change trunking 5. Do false ceilings 6. Kitchen 7. Carpentry (new wardrodes, TV console, wooden feature wall, etc) 8. New coat of paint 9. Varnish parquet floor 10. Polish marble floor 11. Do up doors (thinking to laminate) 12.
