Refreshing A 32 Years Old Flat

Recommended Posts

Hi all decided to start my own story here with my resale flat in Bedok. It's a door to door unit and got my keys in august.

This is our 1st home and signifies a new beginning for me and my wife. Hope you guys enjoy reading and provide me with productive feedback and advices. Thanks!

Below is the layout plan for my house.

Renovation started today 06 Sept 2010.

congratz on starting your reno! Glad that you decided on Alan also, seems like I was the only one before in RT. :)

I see that your new layout is quite similar to mine so shouldn't be much prob since Alan had done it before. haha....

Btw, was it hard to get Alan to be your contractor? Heard that he was quite busy and was focusing more on commercial reno, so he was getting his staff to handle most of the housing renos.

Fact is that he is the only one attending to me so far. I don't even know he has other sales rep. So far I think his experience is really good but his response can be a bit slow. Prob due to his many projects on hand.
