Where did you buy ur led lightings? How many watts per lightings? as for the one with the led lights, how many watts is that? Care to share th pricing too?

Thinking of using led lighting but dont know how many watts ones are bright enough for the house. Thanks

3M sun control fim is up

left panels without film and right panels with film

the view looks clearer after installing the film

my dotter was watching the guy installing the film and irritating him by asking many questions (she is just like 247 redifusion radio)

irritate the sh*t out of him

hi..i just went to my nephew place this afternoon,the bedroom is really small and he has hack 1 bedroom to join with the MBR.so far only flooring and painting is done,carpentry not up yet.U can come and have a look when its finished.haha..he stay next 38D 18th floor

you are right rondy, the house is really small

there are 2 types of 4rooms @ river vista, 1 is 85sqm and the other 1 is 92sqm..layout is slightly different

mine is the 85sqm ..

we can drop by his place when reno is done .. play MJ on cny

by the way there is one prawn noodle near former jackson's kpt is not bad.. also there is one bah kut teh near towner also not bad

the food at kallang bahru market and boon keng market also not bad...

gee now i recalled we are surrounded by 2 wet markets

reading about food makes me hungry! And jackson place - how I miss it!

there is also a goh hiang stall in one of the coffee shops that's really good! Dunno if they are from jackson itself? You know where the hawkers from jackson went to?
