How Is The Procedure To Sell Hdb Flat With Outstanding Bank Mortgage?

Hi, I am planning to sell my HDB flat (at least try for a while), but I still have outstanding bank loan, how is the process for transaction like this? Will HDB handle all of this, or we need to pay back bank loan to get the property Title first?

Any one has experience or knowledge on this, please share,
