Is it possible to hack the wall and floor tiles in the toilet by ourself? I find it expensive to spend $1K+ to do that job.

as a general rule of thumb, u can do whatever u want in singapore... anything done wrongly and u got caught out, just make sure u can get comfy with a wedgie.

You need a HDB licensed contractor to apply for HDB permit.

How about tear down a build-in study table with the cabinet on top? Can we do it ourselves?

Do I need get any permission? 1.8 m (h) x 0.8 m (l). Pretty small.

I just realised that I missed our comments in this thread requesting for my contractor's contacts becox the old RT system doesn't prompt us in the past.
