Post-reno Cleaning Before Moving In

Some time ago, I saw in a TV magazine program about companies that clean post-reno houses before owners move in. I'm thinking of using such services if it's not too expensive.

1) Has anyone engaged such services before?

2) How much was it and what cleaning do they cover?

3) Any recommended companies?
