Hi Friend

When laying homogeneous tiles 600 x 600mm on

flooring **** hall my designer found that the tile

they lay is not we choose at the suppliers show room.

He stop his worker and feed back to me.After I went

down he remove 10 pcs and return all to the suppliers

and change a new lot at about 900 sqft.Very happy to

see a responsible guy.My 2 bathroom and kitchen tiles

already finish laying.quite nice .

Tiling works were complete this week,so next were be

electrical works and ceiling works.

Feel nice to talk to Mr Chia and his in-house designer.

My house is still in process and feel that they are doing

well and responsible.I recommend my sister new condo to him.

How much you pay for your bedroom homogeneous floooring.

Thinking like want to change to homogeneous instead of laminate

flooring.I watch one video from the forum.Many termites.SO HOW............... ?

My designer give me a workschedule for the project. It take

4 weeks to complete. Very fast.I will start my project on 9 Sept

and complete by 10 October .Like their design. They use 3D drawing

and I can see what my kitchen look like before commencing of work.

I think laminate floor to have termites is not

so easy. Is like strike 4D,toto or Big sweep.

dont worry.When renovate my house at first

I intend to lay marble for living hall and 3 bedroom.

To cut cost my designer propose me to lay homogeneous

for living hall and laminate for bedroom.Very nice.Happy with

the flooring.I save up a few $$$K.

to their show room I confirm use laminate flooring

for 3 bedrooms and homogeneous for living hall.

Move in to my dream home tomorrow.

yesterday and today all the furniture,

fridge and washing machine arrived.

My designer send her worker to drill

some hole **** hall and bedroom

for me.Install additional light point for

bathroom.FOC .Good like their service.

Carpentry done.waiting for kitchen worktop

and glass backing.Change my design and colour for

master bedroom wardrobe.so the schedule delay.Still

in time to hand over.Did you see their showroom.Just

I just completed my house renovation by Home concepts

Very satisfied with Mr Chia and his team work.He stop

his worker from laying and get back to us when he found

that the materials use is not we choose and change whole lot

of homogeneous tiles from the suppliers.My wife change

the colour and design for my master bedroom,yet the schedule

still in time for hand over.Due to their busy schedule renovate

their office,he still supervise the work for my project.很难得。

Overall,we were very happy with his service and professional work.

Our rating for him is 9.999 out of 10.Their friendly patiently

attitudes of workdone is appreciated.I highly recommend their

Reno work done and hand over to me.Some

defect and was settle.Help me to apply for

Bank loan ( Good service ) because some problem

with my $$$.Just leave my company and found my

new job.Very Busy.Happy with his service and
