it can be done with parquet, but the cost will be much higher then those who did on the ground. But usually we do veneer finish.

I did ask a designer before, he say that normally he will use laminate wood.. dun know if it the flooring type.

I think that the flooring one will be more exp, as compare to laminate wood.

Actually,

The flooring you can use Laminate, vinyl floor or parquet.

Laminate flooring are much more cheaper and its look more like veneer.

As for the wall and ceiling, I can advise you to use laminate than veneer.

Nowsaday for feature wall finished that go with the flooring finishes are very common.

You will need the contractors for this work.

Ive been doing commercial and residential jobs for the past few years and most of my clients really like the laminate flooring.

Its really can match up with lots of laminate works on carpentry.

If you are using parquet, there's lots of work to be done and the cost is not on the product, its on the work.
