Stainless Steel Ceiling Rack For Bottles And Glasses

Anyone knows where can I buy a stainless steel ceiling mounted rack which can be used to place and display liquor bottles while the underside can be used to hang glasses?

If not available off-the-rack, can anyone share how much would it cost to customize one and where can I do it from? Thanks!!!
