It is very complicated because he has 6 children from the first marriage and 4 children fron the 2nd marriageMy mother was his first wife but my father has not taken care of me since i was young because he was a womaniser ,gambler and drinking.Can he ask for maintenance only from the children of his first marriagethanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
