Hi,

is there any way to re-develop a 13m (width)x 34m (length) semi-D into 2 units of landed houses (terraces, etc) of separate addresses? The 13m width is facing the front road.

Look at pages 23 and 24 which are applicable to your question.

From the looks of it, it appears that you are not allowed to do so.

But do ask your architects as they will be the one to provide you with the expert opinion.
