Hi Ladies & Gentleman,

I have contacted ID to provide us quotation. Our requirement is rather simple:

-Toilet and utility room remain,

-Two bedroom floor just polish and one of the bedroom leave empty

Therefore, only focus on kitchen, living room and one bedroom renovation.

Please help us check if the price is too high. (We think the price is extremely high.) Here are the details:

1. Hacking

1.1 Hacking of the existing wall between living room and kitchen

1.2 Hacking of the existing floor tiles at two bedrooms

1.3 Hacking of kitchen accessories, wall and floor

1.4 Hacking of the 0.6m wall between kitchen and smaller bedroom (for washing machine)

1.5 Dismantle and dispose existing 2 wardrobe

Total 2300.00

2. Living, Dining and kitchen

2.1 Plaster smooth dining and kitchen area 200.00

2.2 Plaster smooth kitchen and smaller bedroom 200.00

2.3 Repair floor after hacking between kitchen and smaller bedroom 500.00

2.4 Construct L shape hollow block wall for washing machine area 385.00

2.5 Homo/ceramic wall tile for kitchen wall 1600.00

2.6 Homo/ceramic floor tile for kitchen and living room 5300.00

2.7 Tall unit book cabinet cum TV console and dining settee with interal polkem and 1 sliding door (6100x500x2400) 7790.00

2.8 Fridge base and cabinet base with tiles 380.00

2.9 Washing machine base with tiles 100.00

This is exceeding our budget. We are also thinking of ways to cut the cost. Sincerely seeking help to enlighten us. thank you in advanced.

1.2 Hacking of the existing floor tiles at two bedrooms no idea on indivi item. but should be 200-400 per room ba.

1.3 Hacking of kitchen accessories, wall and floor ??? you mean kitchen wall and floor tiles plus all accessories. accessories like what? small item or big item as in kitchen cabinet ?

1.4 Hacking of the 0.6m wall between kitchen and smaller bedroom (for washing machine)o.6m? HT or LT?

1.5 Dismantle and dispose existing 2 wardrobe maybe a hundred to 2

Total 2300.00 but if base on hacking off kitchen wall and floor tiles plus your 2 room, is close to maybe 1.8k there. so, plus all the above, should be Q market rate.

2. Living, Dining and kitchen

2.1 Plaster smooth dining and kitchen area 200.00 ? wall and ceiling?

2.2 Plaster smooth kitchen and smaller bedroom 200.00 ? wall and ceiling?

2.3 Repair floor after hacking between kitchen and smaller bedroom 500.00 repair only? includ what?

2.5 Homo/ceramic wall tile for kitchen wall 1600.00 base on 3dollar per sqft? sound ok.

2.6 Homo/ceramic floor tile for kitchen and living room 5300.00 7dollare to 8 dollar p/ sqft. you may wanna to do the maths
