hi cutebaby, my advise is do not loan or spend too much on your home renovation.

When you sell it, your renovation costs will not add much to the selling price.

got a call from standard chartered offering their loan, sounds promising because i google interest rate ,is competitive... about 23,000 , 800+ in 3 yrs with cashback promotion, 1st annual fee waiver..
