V-Groove Vs Non V-Groove Laminate

so it will be like this

No groove; the area will look bigger.

Better still, use natural timber.

Just my thought.

V groove also help to eliminate the slight difference in height when the planks swell.

That was the consideration for me when I selected laminate flooring for myself.

Just for inquiry:

won't the groove be dust/dirt collector and make cleaning more difficult?
