Hi everyone,I am renovating a 27year old 3 room standard flat, no flooring everywhere except toilets and kitchen. Bare minimum.

I have shortlisted Y-Axis I.D and Milan Design. Anyone has experience to share when you signed with them? Appreciate the help as I am quite unsure.Both quoting around 18k
