My bedroom is abt 13sqm

Assuming keeping the floor intact and probably not touching the windows too. For HDB common bedroom, understand the ID usually do the false ceiling with the spotlights, maybe customised bedframe, cupboard etc. Anything else?

How much should i set aside for reno of 1 common bedroom?

I would advise just do the customised wardrobe, re-paint, and buy some stylish furnitures. Others are not so feasible and waste of money.
