Bad Service From Solid Kool Technology

I called and made a service appointment 3 days in advance. When time reach, they never turn out. I called and they replied they were held up at previous place, so will be late for 30 minutes. And when time reach, I called and they replied the workers were hungry and having lunch at nearby hawker centre, so will late again.

Then finally when time reach, I called and they simply did not answer my phone.

Very very lousy service !!

We received a flyer from Solid Kool Technology in our letterbox. It was stated in the flyer "Solid Kool Technology offers you LOW COST servicing. All bowers in your unit for $80 only. No Deposits, No Hidden Cost and No Transportation Charges." As there was water dripping from one of our aircon units at our tenanted apartment, we called to ask for the quotation. Upon explaining that there was water dripping from one of the units, the guy promptly quoted $30 to fix it.

We arranged for our tenant to allow the serviceman to enter the apartment to fix the aircon. Shortly after the serviceman entered the apartment, we received a call from him and he claimed that he had finished washing the aircon and only after he finished washing, he realised that the unit is still dripping water and he needed to charge us $200 to fix it. We were taken aback by the difference in the charges and objected. He then said that we would still need to pay him $30 as he claimed that he had clean the unit. Not wanting to cause any trouble for our tenant, we called the tenant to help us pass $30 to him.

And so, dont be taken in by the empty promises that you see on the flyer of Solid Kool Technology.

I've had similar experiences.  Stay away from this company.  They're the worst customer service I have ever experience and are extremely rude. After trying to arrange two different times they didn't show up to either, completely wasting my time, despite the face that they had already taken my money for a 4 cleaning service contract.   There are cheaper, better and more courtesy companies out there that want your business.  Don't be scammed by them.
