My keys will be in this month,planning to get those individual contractors of my own without ID (i'm currently an ID student) so planning to do everything from the scratch and buy stuff from direct suppliers.. Not rushing since we have a place to stay. Hope I can gather contacts,referrals and recommendation is highly appreciated. Friends are also welcome to share some ideas and experience,good or bad.
