Singaporean and Malaysian PR can rent up to 3 years but do you know that if the sub tenant one of them are China Chinese , the lease is only allow 18 months.. But this was not define in the HDB website. Example my case, Tenant is Singaporean restaurant owner, we submit the details of occupiers which out of 8, 2 are from China, now they are arguing that only 18 months to be given. I told the Branch officer, these are occupiers they dun pay rent. The Subtenant is the Singapore. So now they confused and said will get back to us today or tomorrow..
