I haven't installed one yet, but I came across 1 company you can check out:

Might want to pay them a visit and go from there. :D

If you only want those drill in type, $40 can get a pair already.

Thanks. Maybe I have to go around and see if I can find any nice ones.

We did the false ceiling for the whole house including the toilets and storeroom.

Even with the false ceiling we still have 2.49m of ceiling height. Safe to install both my ceiling fans.

The next challenge is to box up all the pipes. I just have to leave it in the good hands of Big A.

I need something advice.

We plan to paint the whole place with 1 uniform color + white ceiling. Do you think the color 'special touch' will make the place dark and small? Please IG the other color. I have attached a sample of my flooring

White lilac is too near the color of your flooring and thus don have the contrast as much as the Special Touch.

I will go for the Special touch in this case (*Note I am not really good in color combination)

*Juz my 2 cents worth ...

Thanks for the information, did you purchase this and if yes how much

Thats what i hope to achieve, evenly light distribution to the whole place

Very nice look, mind taking the whole bigger area for visualization ? hehehe

Here you go. This is the best I can do. (No way to move further. Else I have to knock a hole into the neighbour’s place.)

Updates on the 9W OSRAM downlight. I hope you all can see the build of the downlight. (Powder coating on the casing don't look cheap.)

Shower Curb

If you take a closer look you will notice the titles on top are all in 2 sections. Why? Since I am installing glass doors for both bathrooms. I have requested the glass door to be build in a way when is closed it will sit above the tilted titles (inside bathroom) so to avoid water spilling during shower. (I hope this idea will work.)

My HDB approved kitchen floor top up. (Due to the extension of the living hall.) My living area is now 6900mm X 2860mm. A least a good size for my dining table and mini L shape sofa.

I think it is a good idea and it will work, so long as the glass door is installed above the sloping part.

I discussed the importance of ensuring that there is a floor drop here: http://www.renotalk.com/forum/topic/62505-top-kew-drive/?p=841431
