seems quite normal, except that u did not provide ur floor area to work out the pricing of the bedroom. kitchen cabinet seems ok. however, ur bedroom sliding wardrobe looks quite alright too. because I know that sliding will cost more than casement door.

Your flooring homo tiles's quotation quite high. Im guessing yours should be a 4 room flat since you input 3 bedroom and unless Im wrong and your house is bigger then the price is ok.

Did your ID say up to what price you can choose from the tiles?

cheap la. for partition wall. less than 1k.

but if u want stability, build a brick wall. more stable and u don't have the 'hollow' sound when u knock on it. doesn't look so office feel.

The flooring is for whole living, dining, passage way to bedrooms and 3 bedrooms (HDB04). Nope... he never told me what tiles can I choose. I will go and look this Saturday. Any advice?

I was thinking of solid brickwall (as I'm placing my Altar there facing my living area) but I think need HDB approval. Also if brick wall will be quite expensive too... budget constraint

Guys.. what I know is HDB flooring got 5 years warranty form HDB. how about private IDs or contractors? also other items like kitchen cabinets, vanity tops and such from IDs/Contractors.. how long warranty is the usual? 1 year? 3 years? or 5 years?

Also... what's the further discount we can able to ask from our quotations... any advice? :notti:
