Your wardrobe and kitchen cabinet prices seem alot higher compared to the quotes i received and the price for the worktop can get at least a quartz top already. The average pricing for painting is around 1200-1300 from what i observed too. Unless you are doing alot of customisation in your design the quote would be deemed to be on the high side.

Laminated flooring I nv do but I think ard $5 psf for those waterproof ones

Veneer door 280 each

Sliding wardrobe 260 per feet

Kitchen 120 per feet

Solid top 100 per feet

Hope u can compare but remember they need to have HDB licence under their own company and our worker not to sub job out and u will face **** cheers
