DESCRIPTION :  
ELASTO Bath seal is a water based aqueous silicone ester emulsion. It is designed to be used for reducing water absorption capacity of building materials. Elasto Bath seal can be used for the waterproofing of external brick walls and exteriors without leaving any patch. When Elasto Bath seal is incorporated into low slump cementitious products such as imitation stone blocks and pavers, the permeability to water and the occurrence of unsightly efflorescence is dramatically reduced. It is an ideal solution to leaking Bathrooms and Toilets. Simply brush or pond on tiles and grouts. It penetrates & forms micro crystals when reacts with water present in concrete. 
PRIMARY USES :  
1) Excellent products for exteriors or expensive tiles/stones/marbles etc.  2) Elasto Bathseal reduces water absorption by about 95%. 3) Elasto Bathseal is permanently bonded to substrate and cannot be washed out. 4) Does not leave any oily residue on the surface 5) Easy to Use.                                                           6) No hazardous solvents emitted during use.   7) Non – flammable and non – corrosive.            8) Can be applied directly on to ceramic tiles, stones without removing them, incase of leaking toilets.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:   Preparation of Surfaces to be treated is of utmost importance. The surface should be clean free from any bitumen, oil, grease and loose particles. All laitance and loose particles should be removed by wire brushing prior to the application of Elasto Bathseal .All undulation and cracks should be filled with made good using Elasto build Repair systems after application. Can be applied by low – pressure spray pump or brush / Roller .Two application wet to wet should be made. Ponding should be minimum 2 hours. 
Coverage  : 45  -50  Sqft per litre depending on the porosity of the substrate. 
STORAGE:  
To be stored in closed container in a cool place and prevent from extremes of heat.  
PACKING :  
Elasto Bathseal  is available in  5 Litre, 20 Litre & 30 Lts  packing containers.
