Reno with Koong Yee Renovation Works

I highly reccomend Delise Khor from Koong Yee Renovation Works. 

We worked with serval contractors from Koong Yee, overall their prices are very competitive, I did my whole flat , a 4 room resale ( flooring for whole unit, re-did both toilets, re-did kitchen , rewired whole unit and also hacked one wall ) for less than 40k 

The workmanship quality depends on the contractor you get, therefore I recommend Delise as he is professional, efficient and  reliable .  During the reno with our first contractor we ran in with some problems, but Delise helped us to solve everything with as little inconvenience caused on our side. He is considerate when it comes to respecting your time and he gets the job done.
