Hi All. Just complete my HDB 1st Appointment yesterday. Completion end Sept but owner wanted to extend under mutual agreement. So keys takeover should be around November.

What should i do now? Find ID or Contractor? If found, how and when to give confirmation? So sooo much question in my head right now and its giving me a migraine. 

Then there's question on what to do to the house. I have my own ideas actually, only issue is that the wall can not be hack. Below is my floor plan. Hope to get lots of pointers from the community and maybe design ideas from those with similar floor plan.

If you have very firm ideas and you have the time to coordinate with the different sub-cons, you may want to consider a contractor. But if you want additional input and don't have that much time to coordinate, then maybe an id is better.

Reno to do

1. Tear down existing kitchen cabinet

2. Tear down existing Lbox in living area

3. Hack kitchen & both toilet tiles

4. Rewire electrical

5. Re tile kitchen & toilets

6. Carpentry kitchen cabinets

7. Install toilets essentials

8. Overlay laminates over living room & all bedrooms

9. Balance are furniture

Hope cost could be very minimal on renovation
