Advise for ID - Home Concepts 21 / Baum Project / D'Marvel Scale

Hi there,

New to the forum, but I'd like to find out if anyone has any feedback on the above 3 ID's I have shortlisted for my 3 room house, it comes with majority of basic furnishing as it's a condo.

Currently I'm in the midst of selecting iD for my home theme - Modern Classic (American/Euro) and have about 1 month spare for renovation, hence would like to decide within a week or 2.

If anyone have other ID's to recommend I would glady appreciate it as well!

I'm a little worried as I am leaning towards D'Marvel Scale but have not found much information on reviews, even on renotalk so a little help or tip would be helpful for me.
