Hello all,

I have just gotten a SBF, however I'm overseas further my studies at the moment, and will only be back in SG Dec 2017.

It seems like I will be getting the keys to the flat in Dec 2016 but only be able to ROM and have a church wedding when I get back in dec 2017.

Have any one encountered the same problem, where marriage cert can only be submitted quite a while later?

Would appreciate any advice :)  thank you!
