hi

i am currently looking for IDs to do my 4 room resale hdb. would like to check of anyone has used Absolook and if there are any comments on them.

and the milestone payments that they have proposed, i would like to check of its the the norm.

10% on confirmation

45% before commercement of work

40% upon confirmation of carpentry work

5% upon general washing.

 

i dont feel very comfortable about the payment terms.

hoping someone can share with me on them.

Hi, from my experience, I remembered that I have some sort of milestone payment many years ago and it was something similar that the first and the last payments are about ~10% while the middle payments are a bit more.

Back then, I thought that it was normal. What were your concerns, perhaps do you mind sharing?

AB is one of the ID firm we are considering. Anyone has any other comments about the payment terms?

 

Have u tried to nego for a diff terms?
