Do not buy from IMM Living Instinct. Their follow up is slow, pushing blame and giving stupid excuses. I ordered my dinning table and chairs 1 month in advanced so that they have ample time to get it ready. However first delivery was arranged but no one call us on the day itself. We keep calling the number but nobody pick up. After that, they told us no stock so not delivery it today. Don't they have some common sense to call us in advanced to inform instead of making us call them to check on it? 2nd delivery have arrange but they send the table without the leg and chairs and so we have to arrange for 3rd delivery. Finally when the day has come, table with leg was sent to us but not the chair. Again only tell us no stock on the day itself and have to wait. And so have waited for 2 weeks and now the sales person told me to wait another 1 month which is ridiculous. If you can't produce the stock in time please close down your shop and stop selling. Don't inconvenient others just to earn money. You need to make sure there is stock before you start selling. Regretted buying from you and will never ever come back! I will let everyone know Living Instinct is not trustworthy! Do not even enter the shop.. Not worth spending money there. The boss should do something about it or best close down your shop!!

I have the same problem and worst delivery do not match up to the functions as stated on the invoice contract.  repeated phone calls have yield no results until we say we will go to SCT or CASE then they say they will change for us and ask us wait from their HQ.  To date no news.  CASE is no assist.  I have filed SCT and will see what they do next.

Hi,

I am facing LATE delivery issue. The order or sofas has been placed 9 weeks ago which committed will send my 4 weeks after payment is done. After several calls and arguing to the sales then they promised to send me by coming week. It's really poor customer service I have experienced in Singapore I have to say. May I know I should ask for the compensation fee for long waiting? It is really a bad experience of buying things in this shops!
