Had a very bad experience with this contractor/ID firm.

Get to know this company from gumtree and decided to go with them as his quote seem reasonable. Was in a rush to decide the ID firm as the timeline is tight and the contact person Malcolm seems reliable. BUT throughout the reno process it's a nightmare!! As he is always not responsive and never reply message.

Worst thing is the after sales service! Things are not done properly and no way you could get him to rectify, as he chose not to pick up call and reply messages!!

Learn from mistake........
