Classic wooden door cracks near metal piece after installing not more than 24hrs

Hi all, my classic wooden door is installed barely just 24hrs but there is cracks surfacing, should i inform thr contractors to replace a new door or they will just paint over it "for show" for rectify purposes to show me they had done something n resolved it?

Any kind advise?

I think def u can ask your contractor to rectify that.... that’s awful and not safe, the crack might getting bigger.

its either they have installed u a lousy door (material) / their workmanship is CMI
