We purchased this resale 4NG unit at Serangoon Ave 4 end of last year. It is a 23 years old unit. Got the key in the middle of March and started the renovation on 09/04/2007.

Here's the condition of the unit before the renovation:

Renovation Day 6 (14/04/2007) Status

This is the condition of the unit on Day 6:

Living Room:

I'm happy that these 2 walls are hacked!

Renovation Day 13 (21/04/2007) Status

Living room floor tiles, both bathroom wall and floor tiles and kitchen wall tiles are done. Common Room 1 floor tiles is partially done.

ID confirmed that all tiling work will be completed by Day 17 (26/04/2007).

Living Room:

Floor tiles are done, but still messy with unsed material and debris in the living room. No picture to show.

Kitchen:

Kitchen wall tiles are done.

Renovation Day 13 (21/04/2007) Status (Cont.)

Common Room 1:

Floor tiles partially done. Still quite messy. No picture taken.

Common Room 2:

No progress here.

Common Bathroom:

Tiling work almost completed. Pending small pieces of glass tiles for decoration.

your kitchen looks brighter and more spacious wif the new wall tiles. I like your black black floor tiles for the toilets too.

the previous owner tiled the living room wall as well?

Hi Lambie,

Yeah, the kitchen looks better now with the new wall tiles. Initially wanted to lay the tiles vertically but the ID advised to lay horizontally for more spacious look, turn out quite nice.

There are 2 walls in the living room with tiles, but it's history now.

Renovation Day 17 (25/05/07)

Went up to check out the progress after work. The progress is slower then expected. No photos taken, will take more photo during the weekend. Hopefully the wet work can be completed by this week.

Living Room:

Floor tiles and skirting completed.

Kitchen:

Floor tiles and wall tiles complete. Building the bases and wall now.

Master Bedroom:

Floor tiles about 80% completed. Left the edges and skirting

Master Bathroom:

No progress.

Common Room 1:

Floor tiles and skirting completed.

Common Room 2:

Floor tiles about 50% completed.

Store Room:

No progress.
