Dong Tu B4 Hdb Defect Works Or B4 My Own Contractor Works?

i just got a new flat direct from hdb, and is doing some defects now.

question is i asked my fs master if i need to dong tu before the hdb contractor come in to do defects? my defects include hacking & relaying of tiles. Or is the dong tu to be done only before my own contractor start works?

my fs master said after - meaning dont need to dong tu before hdb works, i only need to dong tu when my own contractor start works. hmm.. is this right? or is there no right or wrong answer..

You have taken over the Qi mouth. When you want to do any hacking and banging, you need to get a proper date. Whichever date you use to do defects will have an impact on you. So select a Dong Tu date first.
