House With 1 Wc And 1 Shower

Hi,

will be getting a resale 4I flat soon and would like to ask for some advice or help,

the house i am intending to get, has only 1 WC and 1 shower room outside of the bedrooms and not in the kitchen,

is it possible to install 1 more toilet bowl in the shower room ? or it cannot be done ?

thinking of tearing down the wall between the top 2 bedroom and make it into a big masterbed room but friend advise me against it so that in future easier to sell or rent out as rooms to collect rent

then any one can advise where to install a storeroom ?

anyone have the same layout ?

My hse is oso a 4'I' at Whampoa area. I've installed a extra toilet bowl in the bathroom & oso constructed a store room at the right hand corner beside the entrance. There are still space for dining area beside it.

Sorry, I've lost the contractor info coz tis was done few yrs ago. I can't rmb how much it cost.

So far, the toilet bowl no problem at all.

can i kindly trouble you again to take photo of the wc room with the bathroom to see both rooms as i would like to show my contractor how it was done, for both toilet bowls

maybe they are install back to back divided by the wall,
