Hi guys, Just to close this post. Alan has been a great help in making my reno done up; though of course it was delayed; but at least everything is done up nicely. The main culprit is Andy; and now they are no longer in partnership. Thanks Alan, once again; for your help and great responsibility to continue the reno work. I have moved into my place early Jan. No worry. The ceiling are no difference for balcony or living rm. I saw the swing installed in a T-blog b4 in a living rm before I bought it.

Thanks for the generous compliments. Although it's crooked and not really to scale, it helped greatly in conveying my idea at the initial meeting with the contractors and IDs. I planned the cabinet space based on what I had in my previous kitchen cabinets. I hope it's enough too. I just have to be prepared for deligent housekeeping and control myself from buying unnecessarily. Save money along the way. Heheh. .

However we choose to believe that things will eventually be resolve and all these challenges has thus make us stronger and strengthen our bonding. It is definetly not easy to set up a home and furthermore to maintain it, there will definetly be more challenges ahead of us... but as long as we are together and our hearts as one, nothing will pull us down or break us apart. We are ready to start to write a brand new chapter in our lives. Met up with the consultant Martin from Inside Living ,very impress with his friendliness and after quote follow up.Price was good presentation was excellent because he speaks gd english!me being of foreign descendant appreciates that.Up till now he's still sending his regards through msgs and mails.give him a shot!
