I was quoted $570 for the same Electrolux EDV 7051 dryer (7kg) by Parisilk (http://www.parisilk.com). For fridge, you can consider Panasonic as they are the pioneer for the bottom freezer models which you can get it for less than $1000 at Parisilk or Mega Discount Store (http://www.megadiscount.com.sg) Benefit of bottom freezer model is that it is more energy saving (cold air sinks and use less energy to have coldest section at the bottom). Also, if you use the freezer less frequently, you need not bend down so often as the food and beverages consumed most often are at eye level.

My last reno is 4 room hdb do all the designer ceiling work for all bedrooms and living dining for only about 3k. The 3k ald included cove lights. In renovation u can't compare through the quotation. Because the design and the materials from different ID company might not be the same. We r not professional, so we duno how to differentiate wat is the high grade and low grade for all that. I experienced before on my last renovation. The ID was selling me hack everything for 1 kitchen 2 toilet a for only 18k.Then after I signed the contract, then he wan me to top up addition money. There r a lot of hidden cost the end of the day the renovation cost me 35k.And I feel frustrated v this kind of thing.

I believe that if you build something, you should use it. Otherwise no point building it in the first place. Just like in the past, people used to wrap up their new car seats with car covers. Never get to sit on the actual car seat. Only regret at time of selling or scrapping car. For me, the choices will be: If only two of us, no kids no helper, just use master bedroom toilet. The common toilet don't use the shower. Can use the WC and washbasin if needed. If two of us plus helper, use either. If two of us plus kids, we use master bedroom toilet, the kids use the common toilet. If two of us plus kids plus parents plus siblings etc., please refer to ahhboi's post.

Simple and practical design which I find it good. The light tone of the color make the place look very smoothing. Great work for the kitchen reno

Wooo I'm sure u will be gentle. I didn't think it was that fragile (or we were that rough haha) but since now I do know it, we bought the swivel kind with exposed pipes rather than pull out ones. Initially I wasn't convinced pull out ones won't last when people say the more moving parts the higher possibility of it spoiling.
